Michael Hall
Since 1981, Michael Hall, President of The Jordie Lee Company, has conducted real estate and business brokerage in Maine. Mr. Hall has consistently been a top-producer throughout his 30-years in the real estate industry and is a long -time member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors and Maine Commercial Association of Realtors.
In addition, Mr. Hall over the years has started and owned small businesses....enabling him to provide practical advice and experience to sellers and buyers of businesses. He lives in Scarborough with his family and enjoys officiating Men's Collegiate and High School Lacrosse and Soccer.

Peter Dunn
As a CPA and a co-owner of a small business in Kennebec County, Mr. Dunn is uniquely qualified to assist sellers in preparing their business for the sales process and positioning them to maximize a profit. Peter also holds a Maine Real Estate License and is able to help clients with their leasing, selling and buying of Commercial Real Estate. His background includes financial planning for businesses, developing business plans and projections for financing and insight into business operations, all invaluable resources to business owners who want to position themselves for a rapid and profitable sale of their business. He currently is a CPA sole practitioner and will be providing business brokerage services as well as consulting services to businesses. He lives in Augusta with his wife and daughter.

Paul Lajoie
As a commercial real estate broker, Paul Lajoie is in tune with real estate activity in and around Portland and offers the full range of broker services. Mr. Lajoie is also a local business owner and offers his personal experience to local business owners who strive to transfer the ownership of their business to a new owner. He lives in Yarmouth with his wife and two sons.

Elisabeth Magnusson-Echevarria
Elisabeth has 26 years of Commercial Real Estate and Business Sales experience. During the first 15 years in the industry, Elisabeth concentrated in the leasing and sales of Commercial Real Estate. She was then introduced to Business Brokerage, an area she has concentrated her brokerage efforts in ever since and like Commercial Real Estate...has excelled! Elisabeth and her husband Geno own and operate the seasonal business Fore Season Indoor Golf in Portland, Maine. Being a business owner has afforded Elisabeth intimate knowledge of the intricate details of business ownership, a knowledge that guides her well in the arena of handling Business Sales. Elisabeth, now an avid golfer, resides with her husband Geno in Falmouth, Maine.
